Everything on this site, including the free tools, programs and the Genetics Report, is educational fitness content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Hotmart. By buying you also accept Hotmart's terms. Digital programs are delivered by email and in the Hotmart member area right after payment.

License

Programs are for your personal use. Please don't resell, share or republish them.

Genetics Report

Reports are estimates based on the photos you send. Photo analysis is not as exact as lab methods such as DEXA, so results are given as honest ranges.

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the latest version.
